As part of the Democratic Odyssey, we at Europe Calling and Power to the People are proud to invite you to this crucial moment.<\/p>\n<h4><b>A Democratic Experiment Across Europe<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>The roundtable builds on the <a href=\"https:\/\/democratic-odyssey.k8s.osp.cat\/link?external_url=https%3A%2F%2Feuroalter.com%2Fprojects%2Fdemocratic-odyssey%2F\"><b>Democratic Odyssey<\/b><\/a><b>\u2019s pilot Assembly<\/b>, which brought together <b>300 randomly selected citizens<\/b> from across Europe and beyond in Athens, Florence, Vienna, and online. The<a href=\"https:\/\/democratic-odyssey.k8s.osp.cat\/link?external_url=https%3A%2F%2Flinktr.ee%2Fourdemocraticodyssey\"> Democratic Odyssey<\/a>, was not an end in itself. Instead, it served as a pilot for what can become a permanent European Citizens Assembly that would meet alongside the European Parliament as a magnifying chamber providing input and scrutiny.<\/p>\n<p>What lessons can we draw from this first part of the Odyssey\u2019s journey? Who are the actors of change that will join this democratic journey? What do MEPs and other stakeholders think about this vision? What lessons from the ongoing Pollinators Assembly?
